My mission is to inspire and empower you to take charge of your health and life through proper nutrition. Many of my clients have come to me saying that they want to live a long healthy life. The key elements to optimal health are a healthy diet, healthy life style, and positive thinking. Most of our health concerns have been brought on to us by the foods we eat and the mental patterns we have internalized.
As a Health Counselor I have studied all the major dietary theories and will help you discover what approach works best for you at this point in your life.
Let's live up to it! Weakness in the body's physiological foundation is a direct result of poor nutrition. I believe the body has a natural capacity to heal itself when it is properly nourished nutritionally, physically, and mentally. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you and heal your body. I will also help you make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.
Eating healthy should be a way of life that is why I believe no one diet works everyone. While most dietitians dwell on calories, carbs, proteins, restrictions and lists of good and bad foods, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.
